We complete the venue find search which is complimentary for our customers, and we earn our fee by collecting a commission from the venue that you choose. We are completely transparent in our approach and abide by the BEAM code of conduct who give the guidance on industry standards in conference and events.

Most enquiries receive a shortlist from our venue finding team within 24–48 hours, depending on your conference and event requirements. For urgent or last-minute bookings, we can often respond even faster. For more complex enquiries we will give you a guide once we have all your detailed requirements.
Yes. We work on your behalf to negotiate competitive rates and added value, ensuring you get the best deal at the right price! We are a partner of BEAM, representing the conference and events industry regulations, to ensure there is always rate parity and we abide by industry standards.
Absolutely. We have a great knowledge of the best venues that are ideal for multi-day conferences and residential training. If the venue does not have accommodation, we can support in finding bedrooms in the local areas for large events.
Yes – we can help with accommodation requests as part of a group booking of 10 or more. If you have already booked a venue and need support with the bedrooms for your attendees, please reach out to us as we have some accommodation group solutions that could help save you time and cost.
