Roffey Park provides the ideal setting for all types of teambuilding activities. Well established as a Venue of Excellence for leadership, organisation development and management training, our rural location in the Sussex countryside, with 40 acres of rolling meadow, manicured lawns and forest tracks lends itself perfectly.
We offer four styles of activity to suit any organisation culture, as well as indoor facilities in the event of bad weather.
- Environmental– get back to nature and undertake a range of activities including fire building; orienteering or make your own bow & arrows!
- Cerebral– solve the puzzles of the Crystal maze. A combination of physical and mental team challenges earn you crystals, win you points and time inside the crystal dome!
- Active– archery, laser clays, pistol shooting or axe throwing to name a few.
- Wine Tasting– a variety of fun and educational team games around wine tasting.
All teambuilding activities are run by experts and fully insured.
